Director - Client Servicing Reports to : CEO Job Overview : Director - CS is a strategic connection between Hiveminds and the client. The key deliverables the consistent achievement of client targets and growth. Responsibilities and Duties External: 1. To drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients 2. Oversee and lead the Client Services and Strategy teams as they manage and grow existing client accounts 3. Create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximizing account and revenue growth 4. Build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company's existing client revenue target is achieved 5. Input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives. 6. To obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement. Internal: 1. Ensure smooth operations on client campaigns by aligning delivery and project management teams 2. Revenue recording, collection follow-ups and overall health of account Key Performance Indicators 3. Revenue growth from current accounts 4. Client retention 5. Upsell 6. Client NPS 7. Feedback on the clarity of directions, client expectations setting etc. Must have skills: 1. Negotiating complex contracts 2. Presentations - Story telling &amp; PowerPoint skills 3. People management- Internal &amp; External 4. Written &amp; verbal communication
