Role and responsibilities : - Perform various kinds of primary and secondary research to build data-driven insights and generate evidence for supporting consulting engagements at the lab. Source, analyze and report published information, be it scientific, clinical, commercial, corporate or regulatory. - Perform market research, competitor analysis, need identification, benchmarking, qualitative and quantitative testing, and other forms of desk-based interviewing and research. - Collaborate with team members to analyze findings, develop insights and implications, identify new use applications, comprehend case studies, and create impactful deliverables for clients. - Continuously track market trends on new technological innovations, diffusion initiatives, competitive landscape, impact of economic trends on the sector, evolving end-user requirements, regulatory changes, business environment and growth prospects. - Practice efficient project management, plan and execute projects under the guidance of other members of the project team. - Collaborate with team members to provide clients best-in-class customer service and run projects in a proactive, communicative, and efficient manner. - Develop subject matter expertise by comprehending subject matter relevant to business/industry topics in Healthcare and Digital Health. - Author incisive articles and market intelligence reports and help in organizing various types of offline and virtual events, for strengthening digital health diffusion practices at the lab. - Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge management, process evolution, operations advancement, and quality improvement efforts. - Collaborate with team members and clients to drive the development and execution of HITLAB's flagship experiences and growth prospects. Manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships. - Enable and support marketing efforts for HITLAB's education initiatives and symposiums. - Identify, develop, engage, and sustain relations with high impact and eminent leaders across various facets of healthcare sector. Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic and project management skills. - Coordinate with cross functional teams and clients at multiple location across the globe to produce high-quality results. Eligibility and requirements : - Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in Digital Health/Biotech/Biomedical/Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharma or other healthcare related fields. Ph. D or MBA qualifications will be an added advantage. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in market intelligence / market research / analysis / marketing / corporate strategy teams within healthcare domain. - Proficiency in data compilation and analysis to develop industry perspectives and relevant assessment of industry trends / impact. - Good time management and project management skills. - Confident communication skills to communicate messages clearly both within the project team and with clients on a peer-to-peer basis and to provide subject matter expertise. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point.
