Skills & Experience

- 5 years B2B Marketing experience, ideally in an international environment

- 2 years- experience in Marketing Operations role

- CRM implementation/administration experience (MS Dynamics preferred)

- Data modelling

- Understanding of Marketing Automation Tools

- Experience with BI tools like Birst, Tableau, Qlikview or similar

- Superior analytical/mathematical skills

- Software / technology experience a plus

- Understanding of the B2B sales process

- Strong business acumen, creativity and problem solving skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills also to large audiences

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and high growth environment

- Experience and high proficiency using CRM applications a plus

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves by writing queries, examining data, troubleshooting, writing documentation, etc
