Hitachi Consulting - Solutions/Product Development Lead

- 15-20 years of experience with in depth experience in managing software product engineering across the entire software product life cycle will be essential.

- The role demands taking product requirements solution at a high level and developing complete products.

- Span of variety of technologies with ability to roll up sleeves and work on projects if required will be desired.

- Needs to be hands-on in Java and Open Source, Microsoft, Databases, Middleware, Web and Mobile technologies. Waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and Iterative projects experience is critical.

- Technical knowledge, project management skills, effort estimation, risk taking ability would be important skills to be successful in this role.

- Scrum Certification would be nice-to-have.

- Exceptional Client facing and communication skills
