Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end-users, and business leaders.
- Assume responsibility for planning the requirement gathering and management processes.
- Prepare BRD and signoff from stakeholders for all requirements.
- Organize review of all documents including User understanding documents
- Support the development team or vendor by providing clarification on the BRD
- Initiate effective communication with all members of the team and across the business verticals to ensure effective implementation.
- Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, throughout the project life cycle.
- Document resolutions to prevent gaps in requirement & solution development
- Taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Performing monthly review with business operations and highlighting deviations from business requirement
- Identify the GAPS in the current business process and system for future automation & optimization of processes.
Job Requirement:
- Experience: 8-10 years- experience as a Business Analyst Lending domain with Banking or NBFC work experience.
- Previous experience as a business analyst in the NBFC domain & Loan origination system.
- Should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in requirement gathering & implementation of the solution in Loan origination system.
- Good understanding of MSME business with hands-on experience in requirement gathering from the credit, risk, business team.
- Ability to network and liaise with different teams & stakeholders.
- Proven capability of interfacing with internal & external stakeholders, managing demands and expectations and challenges appropriately to truly understand the business need and requirements.
- Significant experience in creating requirement specifications, process models, flow charts and business rules for MSME domain.
- End to end experience of the project life cycle with keys expertise in business requirement gathering to implementation.
- Sound understanding of Business in MSME segment and Loan origination system.
