- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. - Preferred qualifications - B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch and an MBA/PGD in Business Management. - Ability to manage development from commencement to completion, maintain costs within the assigned timelines and budget, and review legal documentation. - Ability to conduct market research/benchmarking and translate findings into usable information to support feasibility studies and proposals. - Experience in reviewing designs and providing feedback to design team/ consultants. - Ability to formulate budgets from feasibility/investment models. - Ability to prepare internal project reports, schedules, development forecasts and budgets, and cost reports. - Ability to develop strategic leasing plan, lead leasing process, coordinate with IPCs, and find creative ways to de-risk projects, maximize revenue, and reduce costs through delivery phase.
