- Proven experience of In-house bulk BPO / ITES hiring.

- Professional with a Proven Track record of developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies.

- Handling the entire end to end recruitment cycle for assigned mandates.

- Domestic ITES hiring (sales / non-sales).

- Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines.

- Familiarity with HR databases and maintain reports and update database information on an ongoing basis.
