Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for our cricket product.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in cricket, sports journalism, and digital media.
User Experience and Engagement:
- Craft engaging user experiences tailored to cricket fans.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to build intuitive interfaces.
Content Strategy:
- Oversee the cricket content strategy, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and timely coverage.
- Work closely with editorial teams to align product features with content delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to guide product development.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for user engagement and satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including senior management, editorial, marketing, and technical teams.
- Present product plans and performance reports to stakeholders.
Agile Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
- Prioritize product backlog and roadmap, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
