Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled product management professional who has a proven track record of owning, driving and delivering product roadmaps end to end - with expertise on user retention, product marketing and monetisation. This person would be working closely with the Product/Business Head to drive lead generation and user generated content charter on the HT Auto website, strategies and build consumer journeys.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding user behavior and needs, identify gaps and come up with ideas to enhance the user experience, funnels and drive growth.

- Translate product strategy/roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize tasks based on business, customer impact and resource availability

- Implement A/B testing, user segmentation, and other growth hacking techniques to drive monetization and conversion rates.

- Liaisoning among various stakeholders like business, marketing, content, design and technology for smooth execution.

- Track impact and trends corresponding to product changes that went live

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Requirements:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in B2C product management with automobile /classifieds focused websites

- BTech / MBA or equivalent from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges

- Have an eye for detail and good understanding of UI/UX

- Problem solver and analytical in approach - hands-on experience with tools like GA, SQL, Hotjar, Webengage, Clevertap, etc.

- Good communication and presentation skills
