Roles:
- Monetisation of new age digital products of HT Labs
- New client acquisition by employing consultative selling approach
- Pitching the products to media agencies and clients and closing business
- Brainstorming with internal teams to come up with customised solutions for advertisers
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline to ensure cadence in revenue
- Regular scouring of competitor platforms to identify opportunities
- Chasing monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
Desired competencies:
- Successful track record in monetisation of digital products across platforms (Web, App and Wap)
- Min 5-6 years of experience in Digital sales. Experience in print and radio sales will be an added advantage
- Should have thorough knowledge of display, content and idea based selling
- Should have inroads into all the major agencies
- Should possess sound domain knowledge and have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
- Should be flexible and willing to embrace change
- Should be able to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment
