In this role, you'll face the exciting challenge of increasing user retention and driving renewal sales in a rapidly evolving OTT landscape. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, identify pain points, and design innovative strategies that not only retain our existing user base but also enhance their experience. With your strong understanding of payments, you'll ensure seamless transactions and explore avenues to encourage repeat subscriptions.

Responsibilities:

- Retention Strategy Development: Devise comprehensive retention strategies that encompass both organic and strategic initiatives, aiming to boost user loyalty and renewals.

- Payments Optimization: Collaborate with the product and finance teams to optimize payment processes, ensuring smooth transactions and minimizing friction.

- User Behavior Analysis: Utilize data insights to analyze user behavior, churn patterns, and preferences to design targeted retention campaigns.

- Engagement Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns, including personalized recommendations and exclusive offers, to keep users actively engaged.

- Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to increase user conversions, leveraging user feedback and analytics data.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts and deliver a seamless user experience.

- KRA Metrics: Use website-level metrics such as Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Daily Active Users (DAUs), Churn Rate, User Engagement Rate, and Conversion Rate as key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of retention initiatives.

- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing for retention initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

- User Feedback Analysis: Gather user feedback and conduct surveys to gather insights for enhancing user satisfaction and making informed retention decisions
