At HT Media we are looking for Product Managers who are keen on building for the future.

Job Description

We're looking for bright, responsible, articulate, Product folks who are excited to drive education products & craft out product visions aligned to the HT Media's philosophy of making learning fun.

- Product managers may oversee one or more product lines.

- A SPM helps cross functional work in the company, alongside building / maintaining the products that he/she owns.

- A SPM must instrument the workings of the team, lead prioritisation of pieces, communicate and manage internal stakeholders, drive a benchmark for product delivery.

Responsibilities

- Lead Product app(s)

- Work with Internal stakeholders to craft and drive the product vision

- Manage small, lean PM teams to deliver & iterate on the product

- Drive the product development process from conception through design, release and iteration

- Lead initiatives to across user feedback / research / design / development; acting as the 'voice of the customer'

Qualifications

- 3 years+ of prior product / project / program management experience (preferred industry is ed-tech but not mandatory)

- Ability to drive meaningful, conclusive conversations around Product across stakeholders

- Ability to perform ruthless prioritisation

- Great at working with data and deriving and driving insights and their adoption

- Experience in delivering successful, innovative B2C products with a focus on great user experience

- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases & building solutions

- Experience in developing mobile & web products, technologies and platforms are strongly desired

- Experienced in handling an app through different stages of development and product life cycle

- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insights on industry trends

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills and a great team player
