Roles & Responsibilities - - Collaborate with Marketing and Design team to interpret project briefs and develop relevant concepts into creative assets - Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original marketing content - Produce error-free content that adheres to the brand guidelines - Manage and organize multiple projects with deadlines - Propose campaign theme, along with copy concepts, and present underlying strategic thinking - Create campaign and copy for social media ads and posts, as and when required - Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines Minimum Qualification & Skills - - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising/literature - 5-7 years of marketing communication experience - Has managed a team of copywriters and designers - Experience in a consumer tech brand is a plus - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar - Ability to work independently and/or with a team to meet deadlines
