Responsibilities:
- Execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for HT's cricket product
- Devise the content strategy by closely working with Editorial team
- Create & execute the brand and marketing strategy for HT cricket by collaborating with the brand team and agency
- Implement retention strategies to ensure user engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the product and tech teams to optimize the cricket product and enhance user experience.
- Analyze user data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and optimize user funnels, conversion rates, and user behavior to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify new growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales and category teams to drive monetisation of the cricket product
- Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers and partners.
Desired Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital brands.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through growth initiatives.
- Experience working in a 0 to 1 environment, driving user growth from scratch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in using data tools such as Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, and Similar Web.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Passion for cricket and a good understanding of the sports industry.
