Hindustan Times - Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM (8-10 yrs)
Below are the key deliverables for an incumbent:
- Legal Documentation - Drafting, vetting, negotiating, preparation and finalization of various Agreements pertaining to various departments of the company as contract lead Manager.
- Experience in Digital media, Online, ecommerce, BFSI documentation.
- Experience in Due Diligence from legal perspective.
- Experience in M&A would be an added advantage
- Provide Legal updates in relation of the law applicable to the concerned person. Information on law & providing documents for applying of various Licenses
Skills required for the role:
- Min work Experience - 8 to 10 years
- Qualification - LLB/LLM
- Should have a very strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
- Hands on experience of working on Contract Management System will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical skill, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Business and report writing, Presentation skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of General Laws, Corporate Laws, Companies Act, SEBI, ICDR Regulations, E- commerce, IP, Data and other related Laws.
