Job Overview : We are looking for data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing-led growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in a high growth start-up & working closely with promoters. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute effective growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, and design to ensure alignment on marketing led growth initiatives

- Analyze and optimize the performance of various marketing channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive maximum ROI

- Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and user engagement

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and apply them to our marketing campaigns

- Manage a team of growth marketers and provide mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their goals

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from IITs / NITs or engineer (MBA preferred, but not mandatory)

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and retention (Working with Founders will be a plus)

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for growth marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
