Responsibilities:
- Own and manage brand KPIs such as brand awareness, brand recall, and branded search for all HT digital brands.
- Develop and execute strategic brand marketing campaigns to drive brand imagery and achieve brand KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Product and Content teams to support campaigns related to important events and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
- Utilize marketing and data tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc., to analyze competition data, campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to track the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand marketing and digital marketing.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in brand marketing, preferably for digital brands.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and data tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
