Management Consultant / Manager - Strategy & Insights

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Manager - Strategy & Insights. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations based on competition and internal product performance benchmarks, leveraging advanced data analytics and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, preferably from MBBs, with a proven track record of delivering impactful strategic insights and recommendations through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage HT's data and analytics infrastructure to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats to our business, leveraging advanced data analytics tools and techniques.

- Analyze internal product performance data to identify areas of improvement and growth potential, using advanced data visualization and reporting techniques to communicate insights to senior leadership.

- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on competitive and internal performance benchmarks, leveraging advanced data modeling and forecasting techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives and monitor progress towards achieving key performance indicators.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging advanced data analytics tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field

- Overall 5+ experience with at least 2+ years of experience in management consulting (preferably from MBBs), with a focus on strategy development and execution, and experience in data analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including data modeling, forecasting, and visualization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
