Job Summary: As the Head Revenue Strategy and Operations at VCCEdge, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing critical cross-functional initiatives within our startup and investment tracking platform. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, measuring, and executing revenue strategies in the dynamic landscape of startup and investment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Design:

- Design, measure, and execute sales strategies tailored to our platform's unique offerings in tracking startups and investments.

- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership teams to strategize and operationalize business initiatives within the startup ecosystem.

2. Revenue Growth and P&L Management:

- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, and GTM Strategies, aligned with the company vision & Projections.

- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) management, ensuring strategic alignment, financial performance, and effective decision-making in line with business objectives.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Manage stakeholder communication on operational milestones, strategic changes, and escalations within the startup and investment landscape.

4. Capacity and Bookings Projections:

- Oversee short-term and long-term capacity and booking projections, with a focus on the ever-evolving startup market dynamics.

5. Churn Forecasting and Management:

- Manage churn forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, considering the fast-paced nature of the startup ecosystem.

7. Performance Metrics and Reporting in Tech and Investments:

- Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics, including forecasting, churn analysis, and renewal management in the context of technology and investments.

8. Operational Workflow and Process Controls:

- Participate in creating operational workflow and internal process controls specific to the nuances of tracking startups and investments.

- Promote adherence to processes and identify potential risks unique to our industry.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related role in Operations or Strategy, preferably within the technology or investment tracking industry.

- Proficient knowledge of SaaS business metrics, with the ability to analyze and leverage them for informed decision-making.

- Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies.

- Strong business and finance acumen, with a deep understanding of marketing, sales, and success methodologies, processes & project management in the context of investment tracking and emerging technologies.

- Proven experience in team collaboration and acting as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders within the technology or investment tracking domain.

- Understand complex product functionality, design, and technical issues, to prioritize the right initiatives, trade-offs, and resolutions.

- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders.
