Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Monetization Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive monetization strategy for our Auto and Tech websites. Identify revenue streams, evaluate market trends, and leverage industry insights to drive growth.

2. Product Conceptualization: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to conceptualize and define innovative products and features that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and generate revenue. Align product roadmaps with monetization goals.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and opportunities in the automotive and technology sectors. Utilize insights to shape monetization strategies and product offerings.

4. Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with our growth objectives. Work with internal sales teams to understand client needs and problems - come up with effective solutions.

5. Revenue Optimization: Analyze key performance metrics, user data, and customer feedback to identify areas for revenue optimization. Implement A/B testing, user segmentation, and other growth hacking techniques to drive monetization and conversion rates.

6. Pricing and Packaging: Develop pricing models and packaging strategies for various products and services offered on the websites. Conduct pricing experiments, assess market dynamics, and adjust pricing strategies as needed to maximize revenue.

7. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish performance tracking mechanisms and reporting frameworks to monitor the effectiveness of monetization strategies. Generate regular reports and provide insights to key stakeholders on revenue growth, user behavior, and market trends.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure seamless implementation of monetization strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience in monetization strategy development and product conceptualization, preferably in the automotive and technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising, subscription models, and other monetization techniques for online platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and growth hacking techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to derive insights and measure performance.

- Knowledge of the automotive and technology industries, including market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital media.
