Job Brief :

Fintech - Product Manager will play a key role in our journey to make markets easily accessible and affordable to new age investors. You will be conceptualizing and executing ideas that create values for investors. The job will involve understanding investor's requirements, creating workflows and coordinating with design engineering teams.

The candidate needs to anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional roadmap, drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience.

Basic understanding of Stock / Capital Markets (knowledge of fundamental analysis, technical analysis, understanding derivatives data, Options, stock analysis, trading & investing is preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Help shape the direction of product development at HT Labs

- Design and own product roadmap

- Prioritize product backlog based on a good understanding of customer needs, competition, business objectives and product metrics

- Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch

- Coordinate with internal business verticals to collect requirements and convert them into clear actionable items

- You have to drive the growth of an investment platform, owning the entire onboarding and activation funnels, and revenue strategy

- Write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product rollout strategy

- Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company

- Utilize customer feedback, data analysis, market research and the experience of other teams internally to develop a strategic product roadmap and provide nuanced product features and recommendations

- Establish and communicate a shared vision and strategy between stakeholders, your team, the wider business, and users

- Define and analyze key metrics to determine the success of product improvements

Requirements/ Desired Skill Set-

- Understanding the importance and implementation of SEO/Analytics

- Work experience is preferred (2-5 years) in product management

- Engineering or MBA background

- An understanding and passion for Internet Business and services

- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude

- Highly passionate and proactive towards getting things done

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

- Detail-oriented
