Job Profile : - Manage & carry out various functional activities in business Finance and operating Finance. - Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. - Plan effective procedures and ensure timely revenue recovery from various clients. - Exercise good judgement to ensure correct and timely processing and disbursement of payments to internal & external stakeholders. - Responsible for preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, P&L statements etc for financial reporting in accordance with statutory requirement. - Plan and ensure timely closure and reporting of monthly provision of all expense, liabilities, fixed assets and other account balances. - Prepare and present compliance report as per cost accounting records for review. - Review the financial & operational MIS prepared by team to support effective decision making by the central financial planning team. - Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising Secretarial, Tax, legal for effective execution of corporate finance engagements. - Lead the quarterly & annual audit process by assisting internal & external auditors to ensure validity & legality of organizational financial records. - Provide overall direction and guidance to team in recording accounting transactions. - Formulate MIS analysis on profitability, financial & operational data to support effective decision making by central financial team. - Analyse and review financial books of accounts in accordance with financial accounting guidelines. Desired Candidate : -Qualified Chartered Accountant, preference for experience with Recruitment solution company for at least 2-3 years in senior capacity. - Well versed with accounting standards and regulatory requirements - Working knowledge of SAP - Good communication skills & adaptability. - Good domain exposure. - Possess good leadership, team, analytical and interpersonal skills
