1. Experience profile needs to be in digital media operations, planning and buying.

2. Preferred experience profile will be someone with half of the experience in a digital agency / client, and half in publisher organization

3. Digital Solutioning from the publisher organizations like Times Internet, JioSavaan, Daily Hunt, Inshorts, Hindu.

4. Profiles from OTT organizations or digital agencies are good to have.
