HT Labs is a unit of the Hindustan Times media group with a clear focus on innovation and new product development. The role of HT Labs is to ideate, research, analyze and develop products that engage and increase new users, build new revenue streams while increasing the brand presence and reach. The division focuses on building diversified products that can resonate with the current as well as future audiences of HT Media and its Business groups.

Responsibilities :

- A Brand Communication Lead who can independently craft integrated marketing plans for both ATL and Digital, working in tandem with external agency partners and internal stakeholders

- Above all you should be Consumer First. Someone who can help distil and bring forth consumer insights and ideas to complex business problems.

- Implement and facilitate the annual marketing calendar, prepare and optimize marketing budget

- Work in correlation with marketing service providers such as social media marketers, PR agencies, website design firms, media buying agencies to arrive at the best arrangement for the organization Own the brand positioning, create ideas that have an impact and render them into effective end-to-end communication by designing language & online brand properties.

- Own end to end positioning, communication & GTM strategy for the critical new expansion pillars for the brand

- Design, conduct, and analyze consumer research and brand health tracking in tandem with the Insights team.

- Elevate the work of cross-functional teams: You will serve as a key voice in ensuring Marketing, PR, Social Media & editorial teams are speaking with one voice to deliver consistent messaging and build equity.

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
