- Team handling- Managing multiple AMs/RMs whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achievement

- Be a part of on- going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring

Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business

Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecasts for the branch

- Drive activities like lead generation, demos, new client addition, funnel addition on a daily basis and ensure flawless execution as per defined productivity benchmarks.

- Managing the daily sales operations at the branch level, oversee collections & ageing and take necessary action, as required Deliver on Sales Targets of online business adhere to the sales policies and procedures, collaborate with cross functional teams and ensure smooth execution.

- Continuously collate competitive data business intelligence and monitor competitive offerings and give their inputs to help reposition/ redesign/ introduce offerings
