1. Achieve all India DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) target by driving branches to deliver on their collection targets. 2. Managing a large portfolio of customer receivables comprising of agencies, private direct clients, Govt and Individuals. 3. Appointing and managing Recovery Management Partners, their target setting and review of actual performance. 4. Review of TDS reconciliation with TDS certificate or form 26AS and ensuring that all the TDS deducted is duly accounted for 5. Driving cost effective structure of RMPs (Recovery Management Partners) to continuously drive the collection cost down as % of collection. 6. Monitor receivables ageing and collection to eliminate/reduce bad debts provisions 7. Driving process improvement - automating the collection tracking, promise to pay and other related elements. 8. Managing a team of 10-12 direct reports and indirect team of ~30 branch commercial personnel 9. Internal/External audit coordination for the commercial areas. 10. Managing the credit approval process to manage risk. Desired Profile : 1. 15-20 years in companies of repute in the credit management, recovery management profile. 2. Should have dealt with Govt department for outstanding recovery and liaison. 3. Requires excellent skills in navigating through the Govt departments and should be resourceful to ensure collection targets are met 4.
