Job Responsibilities : - The person will be primarily responsible for monitoring of Portfolio - Both Equity and Real Estate. - Strong understanding of legal agreements to understand and list down the obligations of the investee companies as per the agreements with them - Good analytical skills and understanding of valuation models to liaise with statutory auditors on valuation of the portfolio companies - Make management presentations on the performance of the Portfolio in terms of Ad Burn, disputes, triggers etc - Also, independently source and execute equity deals in close collaboration with Media Marketing (Ad Sales Team) - Identify shortlist and pitch to potential target Companies for investment using various primary and secondary research including cold calls. - Understand the key advertising needs of the client and prepare the advertising proposal accordingly - Prepare detailed Management presentation / Investment Memo on any opportunity for presenting before the investment committee. - Coordinate with Due Diligence/Lawyer, Valuation agencies, and internal teams such as Legal/commercial/ secretarial to expedite deal closure - Manage post deal engagement with the clients Desired Profile : - Preferably CA / CFA / MBA from premium institute with minimum 12 years experience in Finance/ Private Equity/Investment Banking/Transaction Advisory/ Valuations/Business Development/Brand Capital ; Preferable Big 4 consulting or Investment Banks. - Must be a go-getter, self driven and a keen learner. - Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills.
