Job Profile : Industry Preference : e-comm /digital / online media Employee Life Cycle Management (50%) : - Preparation & issue of various letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increments/Salary Change /Restructuring /inter-company transfer etc.) - Verification of New Joiner documents &amp; onboarding - Digitization of documents, Weekly, Monthly HR Dashboard and analysis - New Hire, Transfer &amp; Resignee Input to payroll - Initiation of BGV with vendor partner, Tracking progress, closure of BGV cases &amp; TAT adherence - Vendor Payment &amp; Bill processing - Sharing list of employees whose confirmation/service contract renewal is due in coming month with respective BUHR partners, follow ups for necessary documentation and processing letters as per inputs received. - Taking inputs from BU HR Heads in the template for annual increments &amp; variable salary payouts and checking calculations. Talent Acquisition (50%): - Familiarity with recruitment requirements in digital space (non IT). - Well versed with all sourcing channels - Ability to use social media for sourcing candidates - Manage recruitment delivery within pre-defined metrics of recruitment budget, preparation of JDs, CTC proposal, negotiation with candidates and smooth on boarding within timelines. - Responsible for documentation of agreements and payments of invoices. Desired Profile : - Graduate / MBA (HR) with 4-6 years with experience in managing entire life cycle with hands on experience in Talent Acquisition. - Expertise in Advanced Excel &amp; Powerpoint - Desirable will be good knowledge of HRIS SAP platform.
