This is a operational role that will provide Thought Leadership, set up, develop and run a separate Premium beverages division focusing on - India A- . The person's responsibility will be to standardise the operations across the country for Premium beverages team - starting with the major cities and then to expand operations as the premium portfolio expands. The role will focus on launching new product range, specifically Monster, creating sustainable and profitable sales and trade marketing plans that will help deliver a profitable and growing business. The incumbent will need to build RTM and sustainable distribution working with the each of the zonal sales team to drive distribution and execution for the NPDs within the Premium Products Division.
1. The role must develop & execute both GT And NKA growth for Premium range of products for - India A- on a sustainable basis through superior planning and execution of OBPPC strategy & channel plans for the NPDs
2. Creation and Delivery of the Business Plan and KPI's of Net Sales, EBIT (System and Zone) and Market Value Share. Delivery of key results (pack-salience, profit growth) for key pack-channel interventions.
3. Owning the top-to-top local relationships with key accounts and lead the customer engagement plan
4. Co-championing operational and customer-marketing projects to drive shopper-engagement with Premium brands at the point-of-sale.
5. Leading, directing, and influencing all demand fulfillment/marketing initiatives through the trade teams deployed throughout the market
6. Analysing the market through in market experiences, internal sales data analysis and AC Nielson parameters to throw up micro marketing opportunities that can be capitalised on by the Premium business
7. Review and improve performance of the Premium beverage system including external stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure value creation as well as sales growth
8. Set up systems and process to drive sales execution across the leading indicators and the ability to work with the commercial/marketing teams to continuously enhance the deployment of tools to drive the business
9. Collaborating and coordinating with ZVP, ZOH, Commercial, Supply Chain, Corporate and Finance to ensure that all activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned to the overall corporate objectives.
10. Understanding the commercial levers of the overall business to deliver profitable business road map for the Premium Division
11. The role as envisaged will assist building capabilities for a fit to purpose alternate RTM - this job will have to evolve the on ground execution around this area
12. New processes and systems would need to be established where no existing precedents exist
13. Import ideas from global community/ies & apply to local market
14. Develop and create expertise in channels like IC / grocer/Night channel/ Bars & wholesale execution on ground.
15. Build skill-based capability in the Zone. Recruiting and energising a young, dynamic and savy sales team

- Food Service Customer Locations All leading Food service customers in the territory serviced directly: Mc Donald- s, Dominos, Cinepolis etc. Other Key International customers like Walmart & Metro.
