Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages - National Manager - Financial Planning & Analyst

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for timely and accurate preparation, reporting, analysis and interpretation of all financial information of Indian operations i.e. monthly results, estimates, annual budgets, forecasts contingency plans, capital budgets, trend analysis. Support internal customers with the compilation of financial forecasts and plans, monitor and report on actual and variances to plans and advise on the business implications of variances and suggest appropriate actions.

Specific Responsibilities :

- Overall responsible for Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting and Capital Budget Management for HCCBPL.

- Preparation of Final Business Plan for India and Submission in the prescribed format as per time line issued by Atlanta.

- Preparation of Strategic Business Plan in consultation and guidance from Supervisors and Senior Leadership Team.

- Consolidation and analysis of Zonal/Region Business Plan and presenting before Senior Leadership Team for review and input.

- Analysis of variances of Zonal Actuals vs BP/Forecast and actual trends to estimate R&O of RE.

- Consolidation and analysis of Zonal RE and preparation of CBO

- Consolidation and analysis of RE and preparation of CBO/Region RE and presenting before SLT for review and input. Analysis of variances Actuals vs BP/Forecast and actual trends to estimate R&O of RE.

- Submission of Capital Report to BIG after incorporating the feedback of leadership Team.

- RE and presenting before supervisor for review and input

- Need base analysis to Sr. Management to support decision making.

- Responsibility of overall Atlanta reporting and custodian of planning data

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive planning templates & process standardization and automation

Key Result Areas :

- Forecasting : Forecasting, planning and monitoring Annual category or zonal wise profitability Targets and ensuring month on month delivery of financial targets for HCCBPL Operations.

- Planning : Deployment and monitoring of key financial Metrics for the HCCBPL Operations i.e., Gross Margin ; Selling General & Administrative, Working Capital and Capital Budgets...

- Analysis and Reporting : Provide strong analytical support and monitor performance vis- vis plan.

- Ensure timely submission of budgets, Forecast and monthly financial reports to Corporation.

- Tracking of Capital projects.

- Ensure effective systems and control mechanisms within the business
