Position summary :

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for timely and accurate preparation, reporting, analysis and interpretation of all financial information of Indian operations i.e. monthly results, weekly estimates, accounting review & analysis, financial submission to HO (US), Internal & External Audit Management, Financial consolidation, analysis, Review & MIS to Management. Support internal customers with the compilation of actual results, monitor and report on actual and variances to plans and advise on the business implications of variances and suggest appropriate actions.

Specific Responsibilities :

- Overall responsible for Financial Consolidation, Analysis & Reporting for HCCBPL.

- Internal & External Audit Management.

- Preparation of Monthly Financial Deck in consultation and guidance from Supervisors and Senior Leadership Team.

- Consolidation and analysis of Zonal/Region Actual Results and presenting before Senior Leadership Team for review and input.

- Analysis of variances of Zonal Actuals vs BP/Forecast and actual trends to estimate R&O.

- Consolidation and analysis of Zonal Actuals and preparation of CBO

- Consolidation and analysis of Mid-Month Estimates and presenting before SLT for review and input. Analysis of variances Mid-Month Estimates vs BP/RE.

- Submission of P&L/BS Narrative to BIG after incorporating the feedback of leadership Team.

- Preparation of SEC disclosure requirement & submission to HO post local management approval.

- Need base analysis to Sr. Management to support decision making.

- Responsibility of overall HO reporting and custodian of overall accounting following USGAAP & Co Policy. Coordination with Global Accounting Research Team.

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive actual templates & process standardization and automation.

- Cash Flow preparation, review & submission to HO.

- Quarterly & Annual MIS submission to HO

- Drive changes in terms new accounting standard etc.

- Financial reconciliation review & appropriate actions on a timely basis.
