Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages : National Manager - Digital Transformation

Primary Job Functions:

1. Collect and analyze information from different finance functions, about their current processes

2. Identify potential challenges and business needs, and propose recommendations (process, technology, people) towards their mitigation

3. Drive the implementation of recommendations and solutions, in close alignment with cross functional teams, ensuring the creation of tangible enhancement/change

4. Manage the activities and milestones inherent to each project, ensuring daily/periodic relationships with management/ team, client and various stakeholders

5. Support the senior management and partnership with team management activities, such as training, team development

6. Bring in outside in perspective about technical, process and industry knowledge to identify/enhance solutions to our current challenges

7. Establish, Maintain and strengthen relationship with both Internal and External Partners/Vendors

8. Lead the problem solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget.

9. Design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and ERP platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA.

10. Assist in managing process transition, knowledge transfers and process reengineering.

11. Analyze voluminous data and visualize using latest tools.

12. Define cost transformation initiatives, create value cases, setup mechanism to control and monitor savings and create implementation plans.

Functional Aptitude or Skills:

1. In-depth understanding of CPG and Retail Value chain and business models with specific acumen on Finance Processes and Excellence

2. Good Appreciation of EPM tools, RPA and dashboarding tools such as Power BI

3. Understanding of the flow and logic of Connected/Integrated Business Planning and Budgeting both from Top-Down and Bottom-Up Approach

4. Understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Knowledge of S&OP cycle, Sales Planning/ Territory Planning, Marketing and Trade Promotion Planning. Concepts like segmentation/clustering/Trade Optimization etc.

5. Ability to understand planning and budgeting scenarios/what if analysis and shall be able to assess the impact of the same on the other business functions

6. Knowledge in Financial Accounting including principles of business Consolidation.

7. Have good appreciation of Business and Financial KPIs and their usage for Business Performance Management

Administrative Aptitude or Skills:

1. Ability to interact with cross functional teams and leadership

2. Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles and project management acumen, having exposure in project management tools such as Jira, MS Teams etc.

3. Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Self-driven with high level of commitment and initiative

6. Exposure to Agile Methodology
