As a part of the Business Services, to provide leadership and direction to the Procurement function through

- Negotiating & Managing an indirect spend (includes: Capex, MRO, G&A, Marketing/DME, All Service Agreements, Fleet, Cold Drink Equipment Service Contracts, Warehousing etc.) of ~$100Mln (INR 600Crs)+ across diverse locations and deliver YOY savings on this spend. This includes converting tactical buying into a spend management oriented approach. Managing 6000+ Supplier base.

- Managing strategic contracts and PO for the entire company ~ > INR 5000 Cr

- Working regularly on consolidation projects with OEM's & Sub OEM's to create Annual Rate Cards on standard terms & conditions.

- Working on the regular scrap sale generated from the plants. ~INR 85 Crs

- Sourcing and ensuring RM/PM availability across 25+ plants and sourcing from a vendor base of 6000 vendors

- Managing the last mile connectivity of all material by negotiating & engaging with 3PL's.

- Managing the RM/PM marine insurance claims settlements for all ~20 Plants.

- Managing all spends related to Pan India Depots & Warehouses.~INR 200Crs.

- Leading - Agile- globally for 35+ categories, working closely with CEPG to driving best in class savings opportunities for other bothers as well globally. This involves working on the global initiative projects around indirect spends and being a part of the Extended Team running these projects to drive value globally.

- Delivery of best in class end to end process execution

- Insourcing of new activities & new service lines, expansion of current BSS service lines to new markets

- Driving & leveraging Technology (Ariba, Ecatalog) to drive efficient and effective operations - for process optimization, performance delivery.

- Achieving internal efficiencies through footprint optimization, simplification and robotics process automation

- Constantly identifying ways to further improve, simplify and standardize.

- Managing all Source to Pay Audits for the Organisation.

- Managing a team of ~55+ resources with 8 Direct Reportees (All Sr. Category Managers)

- Working closely with the Cross functional teams on Black belt, process simplification & other high visibility organisation projects.

Prioritized Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement Procure to pay strategies for the business Create an end-to-end strategy, and a roadmap for the Operations.

2. Identify the business processes and problems / opportunities which can be improvised through digitization (E Catalog, Ariba, RPA etc) to improve process KPIs, reduce costs, improve service quality (to customers), and increase speed of operations and processes by reducing complexity of processes and tools

3. Drive material planning and availability across 25+ plants based on production plans, managing sourcing from a vendor base of 6000+ vendors

4. Negotiate and manage buying of Rs 600 Cr and ensure realization of planned cost reduction for Indirect spend. Including driving working capital reduction.

5. Drive - Agile- approach globally across 35 categories - identify and implement savings opportunities

6. Manage PRs/POs and contracts >5000 Cr for the company

7. Develop strong team, train towards spend management and analytics
