Manager - Instruction Design and Digital Learning

Candidates with 8+years of experience in:

L&D Design & Facilitation Expert:

- Partner with business to identify training needs of the organisation

- Partner with external consultants, training partners to build & design modern, scalable learning solutions and execute with excellence.

- Use Instructional Design methods to create engaging learning activities and programs (online, ILT, VILT, web-based, etc.) to accelerate the understanding, application, and adoption of critical concepts, processes, and targeted behaviors

- Research, evaluate and recommend suitable progressive programs for effective adult learning

- Manage BIG- programs to ensure effective learning for participants

Learning Technology:

- This includes creating digital content, curating content for functional skills, leadership skills & business skills

- Uses digital & data fluency to deploying elearning tools, LMS, gamify learning and measure impact

- Works with partners on game-based learning, gamification, simulations, interactive videos, virtual labs, etc

Learning Delivery & Operations:

- Build the infrastructure for helping employees achieve high performance by unlocking lifelong learning culture.

- Liase with network of vendors, internal master facilitators and coaches and activate the community of practitioners.

- Flexibly work with external and internal partner to drive usage and deployment

- Internal - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (HRBPS, BIG L&D team, T&D CoE and SMEs) to conduct thorough needs analysis and establish measurable learning objectives for role-specific training and knowledge sharing.

- Managing effective communication across diverse business units and multiple levels across BIG markets related to: thought partnership, execution and development activities

- Managing communication on a cross functional level, functional leaders and TCCC system

- Ensuring consistent style, formatting, and branding on all material

- External - Training Partners
