- Ensure full compliance with all applicable EOSH regulatory and TCCC requirements in all Unit functions and operations.

- Coordinate the development and implementation of Company EOSH programs and initiatives.

- Coordinate the development and implementation of programs and processes to build EOSH capability, including the planning and conduct of appropriate EOSH training.

- Regularly assess and monitor operations EOSH programs, processes and performance to identify and correct EOSH risks, compliance and performance gaps.

- Provides Functional Leadership to the Management Team to ensure that EOSH goals and measures are integrated into annual business plans.

- Lead the effort to involve all associates in implementing the essential EOSH programs

- Establish procedures for evaluating EOSH hazards associated with new processes, equipment, or materials and recommend methods to control the hazard.

- Provide EOSH technical support and guidance to plant EOSH coordinators.

- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of EOSH reports and submissions required Perform annual analysis of EOSH incident trends for the operations.

- Lead the TCCC accident and incident investigation process for EOSH incidents and ensure that corrective actions are identified, communicated, and completed in a timely manner.

- Coordinate the development and implementation of response plans for emergency situations involving accidents, fires, spills, leaks, natural disasters, transportation incidents, etc. Coordinate annual training and drills to verify capabilities and the effectiveness of emergency response systems.
