We are looking for Area Sales Manager for our Georgia Business
Job Objectives :
- To acquire, develop and activate the portfolio across all Institutions including At work, healthcare, education, entertainment & other B2B in the specified geographic area under his/her control through a team of MDs. To identify, recruit & manage distribution partners across the specified market.
Job Responsibilities :
- To manage & acquire right distribution partners in the assigned market.
- To create & propose customer-tailored activations for Institutions and customers in various channels.
- Account Management that involves developing existing key accounts through innovative consumer promotions & engagements, pricing strategies, and merchandising inputs
- GP level profitability analysis for distributors
- To follow defined norms for equipment- installation, pull out process and regular equipment sign off process.
- Ensure regular tracking of Assets and ensure asset movements etc. in compliance to the Asset Policy.
- To visit existing accounts as per PJP for customer retention/relationship with a focus on hygiene and quality standards in the types of equipment.
- To draw up the cluster plan of the MDS/BDS and obtain optimum account coverage.
- Train the MDs on outlet selection, opening and ongoing service to the outlet
- To drive Sales productivity by tracking productivity measures (account acquisition, equipment productivity, secondary sales monitoring, timely MIS)
- To review regularly and monitor daily/weekly and monthly activity reports and suggest appropriate improvements
