Principal

Accountabilities :

- Approval/Appraisal of projects and property within the area

- Scrutiny of document and preparation of Technical Reports

- Collection of information relating to Project and Builders

- Collection and Updating of project data of zones and builder status

- To monitor penetration for each project

- To monitor stage of construction

- To ensure due diligence during approval and keep a check on frauds relating to

- Property

- Adherence to TAT

- Tracking and Collection of Technical OTC/PDD

- Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Regional Technical

- Collection of market information and update HO/Regional on a periodic basis

- Timely resolving of audit queries

- Maintain technical MIS and send it to regional technical

- Timely collection and Updating on amendments affecting property

Person Profile :

Educational Qualification :

Graduate Engineer - Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in construction / housing / housing finance industry

Experience : 2-5 yrs
