Job Title/Grade : Cluster Manager- Business

Reporting To : Regional Head-Business

Location : Virar-Palghar (Mumbai), Panvel (Mumbai), Pimpri(Pune), Nashik(Pune), Solapur(Pune)

Principal Accountabilities :

- Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal

- Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business

- Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels

- Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis

- Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis

- Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan

Person Profile :

a. Educational Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate

b. Experience : 6-10 yrs; 5 to 6 years of experience in LAP/Housing Finance Industry

c. Specific Skills :

- Should be able handle sales and collections through the team.

- Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections

- Confidence.

- Perseverance.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
