Experience (years): 7 - 8 years of overall experience with minimum of 3 years in the space of Diversity and Inclusion 1. Primary responsibilities: a. Customer-related : - Design and implement various D&amp;I initiatives as part of the D&amp;I Charter - Research and propose industry best practices to strengthen HGS's journey to be an - employer of choice - Conceptualize, plan and execute activities to engage with employees at all levels - Generate, maintain, analyze &amp; present daily/ weekly/ monthly Performance Dashboards for all D&amp;I programs - Collate, Analyze and Present performance details quarterly and half-yearly to relevant stakeholders - Support all D&amp;I related initiatives (administration/ coordination/ execution) b. Financials related : - Work within approved budgets - Track and report approved vs. spent c. People related : - Work within the Internal and External Comms Team to strengthen the D&amp;I Brand - Collaborate with HR Partners to create inclusive policies and programs - Work with internal teams to ensure all D&amp;I initiatives are well supported/implemented - Support cascade of all communication and create awareness about all D&amp;I programs/ initiatives d. Process related : - Understand requirements and support implementation of the D&amp;I initiatives, with a special focus on Gender programs - Follow all processes to ensure smooth implementation - Recommend industry best practices and accordingly suggest process improvements wherever applicable - Follow up/ coordinate with internal/ external customers as required Knowledge: - Good understanding of business in general and service industry - Strong in MS Office suite (Outlook/ Word/ Excel/ Ppt) - Ability to manage deadlines, create effective partnerships with clients &amp; leadership team Skills: - Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at multiple levels in order to achieve desired outcomes - Excellent time management skills &amp; prioritization abilities - Excellent communication skills (listening, oral and written) - Project Management Skills and ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously - Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality - Capability of handling mature audience (AMs and above) from various functions Attitude : - Self-motivated - Positive outlook towards challenges - Self-driven and pro-active - Enthusiastic, agile to change - Brings creativity to work - Eye for detail - Team player - Ability to connect to people and use influencing skills to build rapport
