Identifying training and development needs within organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual employees
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and post discussions with line managers
Evaluating training and development programmes implementing & monitor training programs
Create brochures and training materials
Develop multimedia, visual aids and presentations
Create testing and evaluation processes
Prepare and implement training budget
Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly
Conduct continuing education training
Provide leadership development education
Build solid cross-functional relationships
Desired Candidate Profile:
4-5 Years of experience in Insurance telesales training
Excellent Communication in English & Regional language Kannada is Mandatory
Preferably from Insurance domain background
Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills
Analytical & problem solving skills
Self-motivated and a self-starter
Good understanding on Insurance sales Domain
