Job Description - Lead cross functional projects as leader, will be accountable for timelines & delivery (project goals) - Help Program Management office in day to day management/coordination of multiple projects, governance, etc. - This is a dynamic role and person will have to manage projects/activities of varied scope under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders - The projects and activities undertaken by PMO are of varied nature & scope including but not limited to facilitating financial analytics tools & systems creation with IT & finance teams, facilitating policy standardization across a vertical, aiding deployment of models (excellence/maturity) customized in-house for the company/vertical, hawk eye on financials/spends/P&L performance, defining and deploying governance, etc. This role has high CXO level / senior management engagement often across different culture/countries Desired Profile - Total work experience - minimum 4 years for graduates and 2 years for full time MBA from tier 1 institute - Relevant work experience as project manager. - Above par communication skills, ability to articulate his/her point of view across stakeholders segments - Expertise in usage of MS Power Point, understanding or expertise in usage of tools like Visio, MS Project will be an added advantage - Good to have - worked in cross geography environment / in virtual teams on time bound deliverables (activities/projects) - Sound knowledge of BPO financials (account level) processes like budgeting, levers that impact finances, etc. Desirable - Six Sigma BB from a reputed institute (ex-ISI, ASQ), Background in finance & PMP / Prince certification
