Role Title : Deputy Manager - BI Reporting and Analytics

Location : Bangalore, India. Should be willing to travel domestic and international

Role Dimensions :

The role is an integral part of the organization's overall digitization strategy towards building an agile and mobile enterprise portfolio of IT services and products for internal and external customers. It entails understanding the current enterprise data and customer engagements to implement an enterprise BI environment for internal operational hygiene as well as establishing a robust framework for analytics.

The role reports to the Senior Manager - BI Reporting and Analytics, Office of the CIO and will involveBI implementations and rollouts across the company.

Role may involve functioning as an individual contributor or manage a small team based on the requirements.

Desired Knowledge, skills and attitudes :

The ideal candidate should have :

- The ability to deliver BI solutions

- Worked with BI tools like Qlikview, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, Jasper etc

- Experience in data mining and query languages

- Strong analytical / logical thinking skills

- Played project and team management roles

- In depth understanding and experience in BImethodologies and data mining

- Experience in interacting with a global development team and global clientele / stakeholders.

- Excellent team skills and ability to collaborate in a matrix organizational structure

- Ability to work with cross cultural and multi geography teams

Education Qualification and Professional experience :

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering / computer science / Business Analytics / Business Management

- 6 to 8 years of experience in the BI Reporting and Analytics area
