Deputy General Manager - HR(Site HR Leader) - US Shift In this role, he/she will support the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management/succession planning as well as on-going process improvement. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives. Strategic Responsibilities: - Act as a conduit between the HR department and the Business / Operations Unit - Propose a Business Case for customized/unique HR solutions in line with the dynamic needs of the Business Unit supported - Understand critical success factors of the business and support them through innovative HR interventions - Provide business-centric inputs to the Corporate framework in redefining HR offerings from time to time - Come up with new ideas and suggestions on the functioning of BHR activities for the business. - Work on strategic projects and programs Operational Responsibilities: - Ensure effective implementation of all HR processes across the Business Unit - Manage RFP's and client presentations - Deploy various employee listening initiatives to continually gauge the pulse of employees - Devise action plans in consultation with the Business Unit to improve employee engagement and satisfaction levels - Ensure all queries, grievances, and escalations across processes are resolved within committed timelines; - Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within a team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness - Sending out Reports / Dashboards to the Sr. Mgnt / stakeholders as per the timelines. TEAM RELATED: - Manage a motivated team with high levels of satisfaction - Effective redressal of issues/concerns raised by the team - Create a culture of high resilience and constructive challenging of status-quo - Ensure Staff Retention of not less than 90% per annum
