Designation : DGM - Business Development Role : - Formulate Go to market strategy for companies within ecommerce / acclaimed technology start-ups - End-to-end drive revenue from new business - Provide design thinking and solution consulting to prospects - Identify prospect for potential new clients and turn them into a qualified lead - Cold call as appropriate within the market/ designated geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities - leveraging the business network of prospects by growing, maintaining relationships - Work with team to develop proposals that addresses client's needs, concerns, and objectives - Participate in pricing the solution/service - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion - Handle MSA and SOW negotiations - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners - Target driven role Desired Skills And Experience : - MBA in any specialization from Symbiosis, KJ Somaiya, NarseeMonjee, MDI and others - Strong communication and sales acumen - Overall 10 + yrs work experience and a minimum of 4-5 Yrs of direct sales experience - Prior experience of handling B2B large deals is a must - selling to technology or ecommerce companies - Should have prior bid management experience - Alternatively, could be from a BPO background - Problem-solving ability - In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events - The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations - Attention to detail - Be ready for extensive travel within and around the said geography or vertical spread
