Proper planning & implementation of QA audits, feedback sessions, Corrective & Preventive action
Monitor, drive, execute tasks as per plan to ensure successful outcomes with Scope, Time, Cost
Effective Resource Utilization
Review and Regulate SOP
Take lead & co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders to meet all Quality deliverables
Timely publishing of performance reports / dashboards
Attend to Process Escalation and provide effective solutions
Attend to Client calls, Status Meeting and Client Feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation and regional language is mandate in applying for this position
In depth knowledge and experience in handling Quality function
Having worked in multiple environments within the domain, good understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, best practices and industry trends in the given domain, preferably worked in multinational organizations / clients and having exposure to international practices and initiatives.
Good understanding of the process & dynamics
Knowledge on Quality frameworks, tools & methodologies to identify & drive process performance
Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean certified
Process Metrics Management
Ability to identify and facilitate efficiency & effectiveness improvement projects that has significant impact on Internal & External customers
Excellent Communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
