Key areas of responsibilities - The role would be of a product manager for creation of Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solution for the enterprise responsible for conceptualizing, design, deploy and usage of the solution - As a product manager, the person would require working closely with various stakeholders, functions, operations & IT ensuring product is delivered - Fit for Use- as per the product roadmap - The role would be responsible to manage mapping of business processes, understanding user requirements, preparing user Stories/use cases, designing, program-manage, and lead usability & user acceptance - Ensuring change management and cross-cultural management Desired skill sets - Strong & hands-on experience with Operations so as to understand, influence & execute - Strong ability to conceptually grasp working with Operations and IT for development of a product, including understanding & documenting requirements, explaining them to IT, and continual feedback on product from Operations teams across geos - Strong BI and analytics skills set would be a required skillset - Project management/program management - Should have led several Six Sigma/reengineering/Lean projects - Ability to develop/design products, using DMADV/Design Thinking/Agile - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and deliver under pressure - Strong written and oral communication skill, suitable for multi geography, multi culture, across levels coordination and facilitation
