L&amp;D Technical Decision-Making skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in HR from an institute of repute. Experience required Min: 10 Yrs of Experience Required. In case of a premium institute (XLRI, TISS, XISS, SCMHRD), min. exp. can be relaxed to 5 yrs.
