- This position is responsible for day to day real time issue resolving regarding sales, finance, material management, plant management, quality management module in SAP. Also functional & technical Implementation and support of auto IRN process with GOV QR code, technical development/configuration of new customize program and standard, sales, finance, plant management, quality management, material management related report and smart forms enhancement in SAP as per business requirement.

- Area & Nature of Impact: Primarily responsible for. for day to day real time issue resolving regarding sales, finance, material management, plant management, quality management module in SAP.

- Area of Operations: Resolving the real time issue of Finance Module process and support of auto IRN process with GOV QR code, technical development/configuration of new customize program and standard, sales, finance, plant management, quality management, material management related report and smart forms enhancement in SAP as per business requirement.

Key Result Areas:

1. Real Time Issue Management :

- Resolving the real time issue of Finance Module process;

- Resolving the real time issue of auto IRN and Gate Module process

- Resolving the real time issue of Material Management Module process, Plant Management Module process

2. Technical Configuration & SAP pending point :

- Print format (Smart forms) technical configuration/modification(SD,MM,FI,PP Module)

- Sales related report development/modification

- New sales process technical configuration/modification as per business requirement

- SAP user friendly auto process development

- Finance related report development/modification & Finance related enhancement

- Material Management related report development

- New TCS process technical configuration/modification as per business requirement

- New IRN process Changes technical configuration/modification as per GOVT. Changes

3. User Support :

- Attending user calls & give solution to all users 24x7

4. Miscellaneous Functions:

- As per the Auditor, if required to rectify the master data as and when required and also maintaining the hard copy

- New Delivery Challan Auto Process development

- Technical Error % feasibility check issue
