What is the role?

Key Responsibilities & goals:

- Sound knowledge of Accounting Processes.

- Credit & Collection Processes (O2C)

- G/L Accounting Processes (P2P & Inventory)

- Tax Reporting Processes (GST)

- Cross Functional Finance Processes (SCM, MR, Procurements etc)

- Global process management system, Internal control and Internal Audit

- Training of new processes to respective team members and cross functional departments.

- Maintain/Create documents of accounting policies and procedures time to time and based on business need.

- Oversee the operations of the accounting department and turn it into automated processes.

- Work with other process experts and cross functional owners to build long term sustainable solutions and processes.

- Stay connected with our Tax consultants to ensure timely regulatory change implementation.

- Process gap analysis for all finance functions

- Implementation of new functionalities in systems

- Co-ordinate and implement a fix for any system related issues

- Facilitate compliance to all legal compliances.

- Streamline systems and automate processes to optimize manpower utilization

- Assess process / system change impacts on other functions

- Co-ordinate various Audits in the MO - Corporate Audit, ISO, ICS and Statutory.

What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?

- Qualified CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance.

- 4 - 5 years of experience in Finance

- Experience in business excellence &/or project management is preferred.

- Strong functional expertise in Finance

- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Advanced level knowledge in Excel, SAP, BI/BW

- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Quantitative, structured approach to projects and analysis preferred.

- Experience in executing and coordinating various Audits.
