Your Responsibilities - Train Sales Management & Account Managers on ON!Track Pre-selection - Work with ASM and TS to build ON!Track pipeline in their territory - Play the leading role of Customer acquisition, implementation and retention - Play role of MO product expert and process consultant by leading management meeting, performing the onsite analysis and implementing ON!Track. - Generate software, hardware and service revenue (contracts, Onsite Analysis, implementation, training) - Increase sales and penetration of ON!Track by coordinating with the sales team and leveraging existing relationships - Coordinate efforts of entire team of ASM, TS, marketing team, and back office with a goal of improving market reach of ON!Track solution. Spearhead and partner with the sales team to take them through the entire ON!Track journey all along the 8 steps (management meeting, onsite analysis, final presentation) - Support launch of new products and features to team members and Customers by acquainting them with feature benefits and solution functionality Your Profile - Sales or Business Development experience - 4-5 Years minimum - Consultative selling experience. Able to sell total cost of ownership concept and interact with high level management team of Customers. - Software / solution selling preferred but not must. Able to coach TS in 8 steps journey. - Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills - Strong interest in software and skilled in Microsoft office suite - Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales and 3rd party service provider - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internal and external - Can do- attitude - Problem solving skills and creative mind when facing problems with no obvious solution - Comfortable with jobsite conditions Functional Expertise - Understands the complete ON!Track sales and implementation process - Have good knowledge of the ON!Track Software - Delivers quality Customer analysis and translate findings into a structured and clear presentation highlighting process improvements, cost saving opportunities and key user feedbacks Understanding the Business - Understands ON!Track VP in overall Customer Engagement Strategy - Understands local asset management practices and how ON!Track can impact our Customers - Understands cross-departmental ON!Track implications and integrations in the MO - Understands our direct sales model and how it gives us a competitive edge by leveraging services in asset management - Deep-dive in Customer processes to seamlessly integrate ON!Track - Creates a strong relationship with Customer to be transferred to TS for future sales Understanding and defining what needs to be done - Performs Customer Analysis to identify gaps in our Customer's processes and practices to highlight areas of improvements - Translates findings into innovative and creative solutions to solve Customer problems - Identifies gaps in the sales approach and how to make the success happens (TS Training, ASM involvement) - Coordinates Customer implementations and solves ad-hoc problems - Defines right offering for Customer Getting things done - Identify change agents during the sales approach and act as one during the implementation - Acts internally as a change agent to change sales force mindset from transactional to consultative selling - Owns each Customers as a project to make sure the sales approach in the implementation are down with the right pace and rigor Working with others - Fosters cross-departmental collaboration, mainly with sales force and support team - Acts a project leader, inspiring peers on different ON!Track opportunities and successes - Cooperates with Tagging Partner during implementations to ensure smooth rollout of ON!Track Developing yourself and others - Drives to proactively go in the debt of the ON!Track Software to become an expert - Proactively exchange with international peers on best practises - Be a trainer of Sales Force on what ON!Track can do and can- t do - Be a trainer of Sales Force on how to pre-select Customers - Be a trainer of Customers on how to daily operate ON!track and handle change Non-negotiable criteria - Sales experience - Analytical ability - Independent - Project management skills (Immense coordination with multiple stakeholders) - Coaching skills
